Eventa Rent's story

Eventa Rent is a company in Antwerp and Mechelen where you can rent bouncy castles, tents, furniture, light and sound, red carpets, heaters,... for your party!
 
Eventa Rent was founded in early 2014 by Tomas in Bonheiden (Mechelen) to make sure children and adults have more fun at all types of parties.
We started with a small standard bouncy castle to provide our first customers with hours of fun jumping around. We could never have expected that at the end of 2015 things would have picked up as fast as they did, with 13 bouncy castles, a lot of giant games and a dozen skydancers!
 
Over the years, more and more party materials (such as lighting, tables and chairs, tents, party food, heating, ...) have been added to create a bigger concept. Time and time agian, Tomas goes for innovation in order to expand his range in an original way.

After working in Bonheiden for several years, Eventa Rent moved to a warehouse in Aartselaar in Antwerp. Close to the A12 and easy for anyone coming from Antwerp, Boom, Kontich, Wilrijk, Mechelen, Brussels, ...
 
Since early 2019, Tomas started working with the necessary help and support. Together with a team we build the future of Eventa Rent.
 
Since July 2019, we have been working with various organizations to offer opportunities to people to gain practical experience or to get back onto the labor market. A fantastic experience to offer people this opportunity and to see people grow every day.

Together we ensure that the values of our company are the center of every contact and every rental: customer-friendliness, efficiency and high-quality party material. Thanks to a good team, we provide clean party material that is checked every time so we can rent out the best quality.
 

Eventa Rent's concept


The concept Tomas started with is based on customer friendliness, original products and affordable prices. Over the years, this concept has proven to be successful and we are happy to see it! This motivates us to remain committed to provide parties, at various locations in Belgium, with good quality party material from our warehouse in Aartselaar.

 

Delivery of bouncy castles starts at €85 (VAT included)

The cost of transport of €85 (VAT included) is applied within a radius of 15 kilometers around Antwerp and Aartselaar This includes the municipalities Aartselaar, Antwerp, Bazel, Beveren, Boechout, Bonheiden, Borsbeek, Boom, Brasschaat, Burcht, Deurne, Edegem, Hemiksem, Hofstade, Hoboken, Hove, Kapellen, Kontich, Kruibeke, Mechelen, Melsele, Merksem, Mortsel, Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Waver, Ranst, Reet, Rumst, Rijmenam, Schilde, Schoten, Sint-Katelijne Waver, Stabroek, Wijnegem, Wilrijk, Wommelgem and Zwijndrecht.
